Research-Based Discussion

About the Project, Program & FAQ

Everything you need to know about the educational webinar series on parental emotional exhaustion.

About the Project

The early years of parenting require a significant emotional investment. Parents devote time, attention, and energy to caring for their children while often receiving limited opportunities for rest or personal recovery.

When this imbalance continues for long periods, emotional exhaustion may begin to develop. Parents may experience irritability, fatigue, and a sense of losing connection with their previous sense of self.

Research on parental burnout indicates that this condition differs from professional burnout because caregiving responsibilities cannot simply be paused or delegated.

Psychological studies show that many parents experience guilt when they feel overwhelmed, believing that exhaustion means they are failing in their role. In reality, parental burnout often reflects a natural response to sustained emotional and physical demands.

This webinar series aims to provide a calm and informative discussion about why burnout emerges during early parenthood and how parents can gradually restore balance in their emotional lives.

The project is strictly educational and does not promote products, services, or commercial solutions.

The webinar is provided for educational purposes only. The invited expert participates as a guest contributor.
